Severe Service is a world-leading provider of critical flow control solutions in the power generation, oil & gas, petrochemical, iron & steel and nuclear industries.

FLUID POWER - Specialists in motion and fluid control technologies, both pneumatic and electric, custom engineered for critical applications requiring precision, speed and reliability.

We have a deep understanding of five specific industry sectors: Rail, Life Sciences, Food and Beverage, Energy and Commercial Vehicles.

We use this knowledge and understanding to take our solutions deep into these sectors helping more customers enjoy an Engineering Advantage.

INDOOR CLIMATE -Experts in hydronic distribution systems and room temperature control which deliver optimal and energy efficient indoor climate systems.

Our Indoor Climate business combines unrivalled system knowledge with the most innovative Hydronic technology to engineer bespoke, energy efficient solutions for all of our global partners; HVAC designers, consultants, contractors & commissioning agents.

We focus on the core technologies involved in the precise control of the waterborne system; Hydronic pressurisation, balancing and control valves and thermostatic control devices.

The values of The IMI Way are reinforced by the face-to-face IMI training we provide for more than 15,000 of our employees each year. On 13 June 2013 all of our employees were given four hours of dedicated IMI Way training on exactly the same day followed by an afternoon of voluntary work at a local charity or other community projects.
